Environment:
Standard: UNI EN 12756 / DIN 24960.
Special applications: see TVK.
Industry: chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, pulp and paper, environmental, steel, textile industries, etc.
Application: for draining condensate and distilled liquids, in boiler feed systems, for removing liquids from vacuum processes, at filling stations, as well as in fire extinguishing systems and autoclaves, in drinking water supply systems and hygiene systems on ships, in jet washing installations.
Suction and filling height: to 8.5 m (on water).
Standard: UNI EN 12756 / DIN 24960.
Impellers: open "star" type individually hydraulically balanced.
Material: cast iron, stainless steel, SAF, Hastelloy.
Sealing: mechanical standard and unified according to UNI EN 12756. Additional double mechanical type housings "back to back" or "tandem". Seal housings are available with cooling or heating.
Special applications: for the transport of corrosive, toxic, polluting and malodorous liquids and in all cases where there should be no leakage to the outside, also available is the TBK version with magnetic drive, derived from TBH.
Additional information: thanks to the innovative design of the TVH series pumps, the number of components has been reduced and the level of vibration and noise has been reduced. This simplifies the assembly and maintenance of the pump, while reducing its weight without compromising its overall strength and durability. Thanks to the individual balancing of the impellers, axial forces on the bearings are eliminated.
In the TVH series, the impellers (stages) are arranged in series, due to which the discharge head/pressure increases proportionally each time the pumped liquid is transferred from one stage (impeller) to another, while the performance remains constantly the same.
Using the side channel principle, the open impeller of the "star" type is individually hydraulically balanced and placed between the suction and discharge port plates to form the pump stage.
