PEMO submersible pump

Submersible pump for abrasive and aggressive acidic media.

to 2000 l/h.

to 90 bar.

Applications:

- Mining and enrichment of metals and minerals;
- Ceramics;
- Chemical processes;
- Steel mills;
- Thermal power plants;
- Drilling fluids

Environments:

- Highly abrasive fluids;
- Highly acidic liquids;
- Highly acidic liquids containing abrasive suspensions;
- Liquids containing petroleum products;
- Chemical salt solutions;
- Drilling fluids;
- Solutions and suspensions of increased viscosity;
- Water containing impurities;

Impeller:

The impeller for submersible pumps can be made of the following materials:

- Metal;

- Hardalloy alloy;
- Metal with rubber lining;
- Polypropylene, fluoroplastic.

The number of blades (vanes) depends on the pump model, its size and the characteristics of the pumped liquid.

Seal type:

Double seal, oppositely directed mechanical with permanent lubrication;
- All mechanical seals in horizontal pumps are made of tungsten carbide (Widia) or silicon carbide.

Features:

- Low maintenance costs.
- Connection, pump-motor: direct or flexible coaxial connection (coupling).
- All mechanical seals are made of silicon carbide.
- Mechanical seals are in a closed chamber and have a liquid oil lubrication system.
- Bearings are of the long-life type, with grease.
- All pumps are equipped with thermal sensors (to monitor the motor temperature) and an oil level probe (to detect leaks or the formation of suspension inside the oil chamber).
- All pumps are sold with a device for analyzing the signals from the sensors.
- PEMO submersible pumps are manufactured with a power of 0.75 to 75 kW, (1–100 hp) and a speed of impeller rotation from 735 to 2900 rpm.
- Typically, the maximum flow rate does not exceed 5000-6000 l/min (1320-1585 gallons per minute) and the pressure rarely reaches 6-7 bar (85-100 psi).
- These pumps in some cases have an extended delivery time, this is due to the presence of a special engine.
