Technical documentationMechanical diaphragm metering pumps are suitable for use in cases where:
- the dosing liquid contains a small amount of suspended substances;
- the dosed liquid is toxic;
- drip-proof/hermetic performance is required;
- high pressure is not required.
Each pump is equipped with a standard gear system and a vertically positioned electric motor B14, profiled in accordance with UNEL-MEC specifications.
The engine power range is from 0.18 kW to 0.37 kW in accordance with the European standard: 3 phases 230/400 V 50/60 Hz, 4 poles and 1 phase 230/50-60 Hz or 110/60 Hz.
Since the engines meet the technical requirements of UNEL-MEC, there are many available alternatives options, including different voltages, insulation classes and special explosion-proof versions.
The reducer has a standard endless screw and a worm-type wheel equipped with bearings, completely located in an oil bath.
