Plastic vertical and horizontal centrifugal hermetic chemical pumps with magnetic coupling of the MSKC series from FINISH THOMPSON INC (USA), designed for pumping aggressive chemically active liquids without solid inclusions under high pressure at low flow rates. Such pumps are also called high-pressure pumps. The operating temperature for pumps made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene is to +82°C, for pumps made of PVDF to +104°C. in horizontal version. The pumps are ideally suited for pumping liquids such as: sodium hydroxide and hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, alkalis, various corrosive mixtures, solvents, wastewater with chemical impurities, etc.
Construction:
- Corrosion-resistant polypropylene (+82°C) or PVDF (+104°C) in horizontal; max. temperature vertical +60°C.;
- Multi-stage design reduces footprint;
- MSKC series unique shaft transmits torque to the first stage impeller;
- MSKC – independent thrust bearings on each stage for maximum reliability;
- Rubber O-rings; carbon, ceramic or Teflon bushings;
- NEMA 56C or IEC standard motors;
- VKC – modular design, varying from 30 cm. to 152 cm.
Applications:
- Processing, spraying, unloading and transporting liquids under high pressure at low flow rates;
- Filtration/circulation of coatings, etching/washing of printed circuit boards;
- Water and gas treatment plants;
- Laboratories, pharmaceuticals, photo printing.
