Description

HydroTwin is a new series of compact high-vacuum packages that guarantee a working vacuum level of to 5 mbar and a capacity of to 2500 m3/h.

Functioning

The connection between the liquid ring pump and the booster is made by means of the DVD2, a proprietary PLC that optimizes their operation, starting from atmospheric pressure and ending with maximum vacuum, respecting a series of easily adjustable parameters.

Technical details

  • The combination of Roots, LRVP and DVD2 minimizes the installed and consumed power of the program. Compared to traditional systems, the savings are significant and can be 30-40%.
  • Complete protection against booster blocking, which can be caused by overheating, which can be caused when its operation exceeds the permitted limits. Temperature control is achieved by monitoring the degree of compression.
  • The Roots speed is controlled by an inverter that receives signals from the PLC. Hydrotwin ensures that the plant is optimized with the best possible efficiency.
  • The packaging design has been created to ensure maximum efficiency in the smallest possible space. The overall dimensions of the Hydrotwin offer wide installation possibilities.
  • In the case of "on the fly" adjustment, the installed PLC (DVD2) is user-friendly. Calling up and changing the most important parameters takes a few seconds. This ensures that production is always carried out with maximum efficiency.
  • The desired vacuum level can be set and maintained, optimizing quality and minimizing waste in processes where maintaining a stable vacuum level is essential for obtaining the final product.
  • The Hydrotwin is ready to use: all necessary settings have already been made in our factory. Possible adjustments, if necessary, do not require qualified specialists. Changing a few basic parameters takes a minute.
