Technical documentationPlunger metering pumps are suitable for use when:
- the liquid to be dosed is not an abrasive solution;
- a drip protection system is not required;
- high pressure is required.
Each pump is equipped with a standard gearbox system and a vertically mounted B14 electric motor profiled in accordance with UNEL-ME specifications.
The motor power range is from 0.18 kW to 0.75 kW in accordance with the European standard: 3 phases 230/400 V at 50/60 Hz, 4 poles and 1 phase 230/50/60 Hz or 110/60 Hz.
As the motors meet the technical requirements of UNEL-MEC, there are many alternative options available, including different voltage values, insulation classes and special explosion-proof execution.
The gearbox has a standard endless screw and worm wheel, with bearings completely in an oil bath.
The stroke length change mechanism is a positive direct stroke, spring return type, driven by an eccentric.
