Peristaltic pump Debem (Italy)

Peristaltic (hose and tube) industrial pump Debem Pompe with fixed / variable flow rate

to 500 l/h.

to 8 m.w.s.

Technical documentation

Peristaltic pumps of the MP series are designed for pumping viscous, thick liquids with impurities, solid inclusions, as well as lumps, when pumping which it is necessary to preserve their original structure.

  • Maximum suction height: about 8 m with a tube to Ø 12.7 mm, and about 6 m with a hose Ø 15.9 mm.;
  • Max. permissible pressure in the tube: 1.4 kg/cm2.;
  • Maximum temperature: 60 ºС.;
  • These pumps can pump viscous liquids with suspended particles, without damaging the pumps;
  • Reverse movement of the liquid and the “siphon” effect are excluded;
  • The pump can be operated “dry”, as well as changing the direction of rotation;
  • Good performance and Price/quality ratio.

Pumping equipment Debem вmeets quality standards ISO 9001.

NORTON hoses are made of:

  • N = NORPRENE – Norprene.
  • NA = NORPRENE SUITABLE FOR FOOD – Norprene is used in the food industry.
  • TY = TYGON – Taigon.
  • Ph = PHARMED – used for pharmaceuticals.

Hoses NORTON are manufactured with high precision to prevent blockages and achieve a smaller product volume at the outlet. These pumps are easy to operate and maintain. The pump housing is made of cast aluminum, has a robust construction and is painted with a paint containing epoxy resin. The roller clamp is made of anodized aluminum, as well as the axle and bearings have specific dimensions.

The peristaltic pump works by means of the pressure of the flow acting on the flexible tube; this pressure is created by rollers what rotating parallel to the axis and supported by a roller clamp.

A speed of 35 rpm is suitable for highly viscous liquids (polyelectrolytes) or for liquids whose structure must remain unchanged (high-quality wines).
