TR barrel pumps from DEBEM are a reliable solution for your industrial needs.
Each pump consists of a submersible pump part and a motor, which is not immersed in the liquid during operation. The pump part can be 900 or 1200 mm long.
The main advantages of the TR series pumps are their low price and the default IP 54 motor protection class (dust and splash protection). Competitors' motors with IP 54 protection class are considerably more expensive.
Barrel pumps (drum pumps) are small and especially convenient for pumping solvents, liquids from containers, including aggressive ones. Such a pump, immersed in a liquid, does not require an internal mechanical seal (which most often wears out) and its design ensures that any leakage of liquid, even accidental, will be collected in the container.
The TR barrel pump can be supplied with an electric or pneumatic motor. The open-type rotor ensures continuous pumping of clean aggressive liquids with a viscosity of to 600 cPs.
A distinctive feature of our barrel pumps is that, unlike similar pumps, they are designed without a mechanical seal, which significantly increases their reliability.

Appearance and internal structure of Debem TR barrel pumps

The left part of the image shows two variants of the TR drum pumps (with an electric motor and with a pneumatic motor). The right part shows the internal structure of the pump.
Drum pumps consist of a submersible pipe, at the end of which there is an impeller attached to a drive shaft connected to the pump by means of a convenient clamping ring, while the transmission is carried out by means of a gimbal couplings.
